Our company focuses on brewing unique beers, such as New England IPAs, DDH Double IPAs, and various sour beers inspired by traditional dishes. We don’t brew anything we wouldn’t drink ourselves. For us, every beer is a unique experience, reflecting our passion for Czech beer culture.

We run a flying brewery. We focus on harmonious yet expressive beers, using a large proportion of local ingredients.

We operate a microbrewery Lanýž. Lanýž beer is brewed according to traditional methods and recipes from quality Czech malts, Žatec hop varieties, brewer's yeast and local well water, which significantly contributes to the character of our beer. In addition to the traditional 10° and 12°, we also brew seasonal beer specials.

Pleasant cafe and from the first half of 2019 a small brewery. We source the best quality ingredients from as close to the area as possible for all our offerings. You can come and read a book, watch a performance or a small exhibition or just hang out.
