Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

The microbrewery brews Baštýř beer. The permanent offer includes a ten twelve and a semi-dark eleven. Sale of beer souvenirs.

Family microbrewery - we produce lagers in the classic way in open fermentation vats with long maturation in lager tanks. We produce top-fermented beers in CKT. We offer unfiltered and unpasteurized beers called Loužek.

Sale of beer in 1. 5 l PET. You can have unpasteurised and unfiltered beer 10 light draught and 12 light lager and occasional specials. It is possible to buy beer in kegs. We fill in 15l, 30l and 50l kegs, just make an appointment by phone. Gift packs. Kofola, Vinea Frizzante, ice cream on tap.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. We operate a family run microbrewery. Our beer is brewed using the traditional method from Czech ingredients. It is then fermented in open fermentation vats and aged in the lager cellar.

We are engaged in the production of beer, construction of small breweries (restaurant, home, small industrial), supply of accessories and basic raw materials (malts, hops, water treatment). We offer advice and training in brewing, advice in beer treatment and tapping.

We are a small family brewery from Pilsen with a tradition since 2008. We are engaged in the production of traditional lagers and modern "ales". Our new subsidiary brand The Barn Beer co. specializes in the latter. You can taste the beers in the brewery pub.

We brew trendy and unusual beer styles. Barn means barn in English and we have just placed our new technology in a renovated barn.
