The brewery was established in 2013 and is located in a picturesque village at the foot of the central part of Brda. Lovers of hoppy beverage and certainly not only them will be pleased with the choice of several types of beer, which we produce according to our own recipes from water drawn directly from the Brda forests.

Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

Všerad Court - a meeting place. Operation of the brewery. We have been brewing our beer since 2013. We take inspiration from Czech and foreign beer styles and thanks to that we are constantly improving. For our beer we use our own water sources from deep wells.

Family microbrewery - we produce lagers in the classic way in open fermentation vats with long maturation in lager tanks. We produce top-fermented beers in CKT. We offer unfiltered and unpasteurized beers called Loužek.

Sale of beer in 1. 5 l PET. You can have unpasteurised and unfiltered beer 10 light draught and 12 light lager and occasional specials. It is possible to buy beer in kegs. We fill in 15l, 30l and 50l kegs, just make an appointment by phone. Gift packs. Kofola, Vinea Frizzante, ice cream on tap.

The brewery has a 250 litre brewhouse and 5 fermentation tanks. Mainly, various top-fermented beers (IPA, Pale Ale, etc.) are brewed here, rather than the traditional lagers of the region. In summer we open our beer terrace for tasting our beers.

We run a microbrewery. Apart from our bottom-fermented lager, you can also find top-fermented beers, seasonal specials made from various malts, hops or wheat with various flavours and aromas brewed mainly by us from Czech microbreweries.

We are engaged in the production of beer, construction of small breweries (restaurant, home, small industrial), supply of accessories and basic raw materials (malts, hops, water treatment). We offer advice and training in brewing, advice in beer treatment and tapping.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials.
