We run a microbrewery. Our beer Lounský žejdlík is brewed in a 200 litre copper brewhouse, which is part of the restaurant's interior and guests can watch the brewing process itself.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. The brewery is a restaurant brewery with a hotel. We brew and tap beers that are unfiltered and unpasteurized to preserve all the original nutrients. We offer up to 6 beers and seasonal beer specials. We arrange a tour of the microbrewery. We have been awarded Beer of the Year 2011 and 2012.

We are a family brewery with a restaurant. We offer 5 permanent beers, both on tap and in bottles, and every month we prepare 1 special - themed beer.
