Brewery Operations.

We operate a microbrewery and a restaurant. We offer traditional Czech cuisine, our own meatloaf, specialties of killing, pork knuckles on honey or tlačenky. We offer by appointment organization of various social events such as company parties, meetings, family celebrations. We can arrange barbecue and roasting of selet.

We run a brewery. We have a selection of several types of our beers and traditional and non-traditional culinary specialties to match the beer.

Re-established tradition of brewing beer in the historic city centre. Traditional Czech lagers and top-fermented specials. We operate a brewery. Beer is brewed and tapped here under the brand name Lyer. I create draft and specialty beers including lagers. Annual capacity is approximately 1 000 hl.

Pivovar Strakonice 1649, a.s. is a traditional Czech beer producer owned directly by the town of Strakonice. Under the main brand Dudák it produces a wide portfolio of unpasteurized beers. In addition to the flagship light lagers, the brewery also offers specialty beers, dark beers and non-alcoholic variants.

Founded in 2018 by three beer enthusiasts, the brewery is a continuation of our long-standing home brewing tradition, which we have been doing since 1998. We are ultra-specialists in bottom-fermented beers. We don't pasteurise or filter our beers so that we can offer them to you in the best quality.
