We have preserved the traditional technology of Czech beer production, which our ancestors have been brewing for thousands of years. We offer beers made from quality hops, malt and pure water. We run a family run microbrewery with outdoor seating. We offer a variety of glasses, labels, coasters etc. We produce yeast beer without pasteurisation. We sell beers Studánecký Antal 10°, Gallas' Lager 12° and Studánecký Flik 11°.

Production of Konrad beer and malt. We offer light, dark and special beers. In total, there are 14 types of beer on offer.

We are a Liberec craft brewery. We have built an honest Czech family brewery on the premises of an old mill, which follows the values of our ancestors. A modern operation with a 10hl brewhouse and a total capacity of 290hl is set in the heart of the adjacent music club.

We brew classic Czech beer styles such as Czech lager (light and dark), but also IPA, APA, NEIPA, berliner weise, wheat, GRUIT and many others.

Visit the brewery in Zásada, where we brew light lager 11°, light lager 12° and semi-dark special 12° from the waters of the Jizera Mountains according to traditional recipes. Try brewing your own beer and enjoy cosy accommodation for up to 8 people. Come and taste the tradition and hospitality of our brewery.

We brew beer mainly in the form of a flying brewery. We pride ourselves on Czech beer tradition, but we are not afraid to experiment Our beers are characterized by full flavor and strong bitterness.
