We operate a growing distillery. We distill from each grower's own fruit. We crush your fruit, load it individually into food grade barrels, watch the fermentation, then burn the ferment in a double boiler system. You can also bring your own lees to the distillery.

We only harvest apples from the growers' own apples. We fill the pasteurized cider into 5l or 10l bags, in the grower's distillery we crush, ferment, store and burn your fruit.

We are a small family-run distillery in the picturesque Podještědí region. You will find us in the historic premises of a sensitively renovated village building. We will turn the yeast you supply into a high quality noble spirit, an original product with a distinctive taste and aroma.

Operation of a grower's distillery. We offer measurement of sugar content of the ferment, dilution of the burnt spirit to 50% spirit, refinement, venting. and aging of distillate by ultrasound. Possibility to purchase additional assortment (yeast, enzymes, nutrient salts, fermentation plugs).
