We are a family-run distillery operating since 2003. Our main goal is to produce the highest quality brandy, so we offer our customers all the service and information regarding the production of quality brandy. We will be happy to advise you on the preparation of the kvass as well as the selection and care of the fruit trees.

We operate a grower's burning on the classic double-boiler technology. We have a raw material boiler with a capacity of 250 litres.

In the grower's distillery, we will distill the distillate from the fruit leaven you provide (min. 100 and max. 200 litres per batch) using quality technology in a three-tier column, which ensures a higher yield, quality and aroma of the spirit. We have the proper permit issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.

We offer the processing of finished leaven and imported fruit, cider making and storage. The minimum quantity of leaven is 100 litres. For smaller quantities, an agreement is necessary.

Operation of a gasified distillery with two stills. We produce spirits from various types of fermented fruit. We offer cherry, apple, pear, plum and other spirits.

We offer grower firing, fermentation processing and preparation, fermenter hire, yeast, enzyme and nutrient salt sales including specialist literature.

Our distillery specializes in growing kvass from various fruits such as cherries, apples and plums. We offer professional advice and the possibility of a pleasant sitting with refreshments during the distillation. You can also purchase hand-painted decorative bottles.

Operation of a distillery. We offer burning of imported kvass, making fruit spirit from imported fruit, crushing of fruit, cider making, pasteurization of must and control of kvass. We also offer consultancy, measurement of fermentation, dilution and purification of distillate.
