We operate a grower's burning on the classic double-boiler technology. We have a raw material boiler with a capacity of 250 litres.

In our distillery we specialize in traditional fruit distillation, which has a rich history. We offer high quality fine spirits and dried fruits that retain their delicious flavour and valuable nutrients. Come and taste our products and experience a unique Moravian experience with us.

We fire from 50 litres on the latest Destila technology. Free ultrasonic testing. Consulting services. Sale of yeast and enzymes for proper fermentation. We measure the percentage of sugar and the degree of fermentation. Comfortable seating, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, draft beer or smokehouse available.

Operation of a grower's distillery. Production of fruit spirits.

In our distillery it is possible to distill fruit kvasses imported by the customer. We now provide a service of preparing the ferment and then distilling it from fruit supplied by the grower. We dilute the distillates free of charge according to the customer's wishes to the required alcoholic strength. The date of distillation and receipt of fruit must be arranged in advance.

We operate a growing distillery equipped with 150 and 300 litre gas boilers with single stage system and water filtration column.

We offer grower firing, fermentation processing and preparation, fermenter hire, yeast, enzyme and nutrient salt sales including specialist literature.
