Our cidre is made from cider using the traditional technology of French orchardists from apples of several old apple varieties from the rural region of Pošumava. The cider is slowly fermented in oak barrels for several months at a constant temperature.

The barn is open during the harvest season (September - November). The must is pressed exclusively from fruit that everyone brings in, with no limit on the quantity. Reservations can be made by phone or via the website. The cider mill is run by the non-profit organisation Podhorák.

We produce light draught beer, light lager Eleven and Premium, dark lager Garnet, light specialty Prácheňská pearl, Platan Linie with reduced sugar content and Platan Alcohol Free. As a special type we produce the light special Schwarzenberg Knížecí 21.

We produce artisanal cider and lemonades. Our products are made with care and attention to detail from apple cider, with no added sugar or additives. Fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks, and only biomechanical processes are used during fermentation—temperature control, racking, sediment removal, and filtration.

We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.

We operate a growing distillery. We brew unfiltered and lively typical Czech beer with higher fullness and taste. We offer Light Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5.2%, Dark Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5% and Light Ten with an alcohol content of 4.3%.

Production of bottled spring water. Our spring water has a pH of 7.5 and helps to balance the pH. Our range also includes spring water with gentian or olive extract. The product is certified as "Šumava - original product".

We make a low-calorie drink from garlic, lemons and water. Home production, retail and wholesale. New, refreshing taste.

Production of fruit spirits and fruit pressing. We offer information on how to efficiently process surplus fruit from the garden into cider or fruit spirit.

Production of fruit and vegetable juice. Growing, burning and cider-making.

Production and sale of fermented beverages registered on the protected labour market.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.

In the experimental brewery of Plzeňský Prazdroj, in the building of the former power plant, we brew beers that we enjoy and we hope you will enjoy them too. The brewery is not open to the public. Tours are available by reservation.
