Production of kvass and cider. For those who make their own kvass, we supply quality yeast. We will measure the amount of sugar in the kvass for free and consult the date of the fermentation. We sell distilled water for diluting spirits or for other uses, e.g. for batteries, irons.

Our goal is to brew really good beer, especially traditional Czech lagers are and will be our pride and flagship. We will also brew seasonal beers and various specials. We have our own brewer, Mr. Jan Žižka, whose name fits perfectly with the story of the Abbotovice monastery.

We produce appellation wines from grapes grown in our own vineyards. We grow Chardonnay, Palava, Riesling, Dornfelder and others. We also offer Frankovka, Alibernet and André varieties. We organize vineyard tours and guided tastings.
