Production of natural fruit spirits, liqueurs and absinthes made from local herbs and fruits grown in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. Our products include slivovice, pear brandy, apricot brandy, absinthe, gin, pine brandy and cone brandy.
We opened the Bizon Brewery in 2011 in the village of Čižice in the southern Pilsen region as part of the adjacent Inn U Bizona. We are a microbrewery, specializing in brewing lagers and top-fermented cold-hopped beers. Our production process combines traditional craft methods with innovative technologies.
Our cidre is made from cider using the traditional technology of French orchardists from apples of several old apple varieties from the rural region of Pošumava. The cider is slowly fermented in oak barrels for several months at a constant temperature.
We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.
In the experimental brewery of Plzeňský Prazdroj, in the building of the former power plant, we brew beers that we enjoy and we hope you will enjoy them too. The brewery is not open to the public. Tours are available by reservation.
We are the 1st radnic microbrewery, founded in 2012 by Mr. Mulac. We brew beer in a traditional way according to our own recipe using Czech malts and Žatec hops. We do not have our own pub, but we supply beer to local restaurants.
Production of bottled spring water. Our spring water has a pH of 7.5 and helps to balance the pH. Our range also includes spring water with gentian or olive extract. The product is certified as "Šumava - original product".
The barn is open during the harvest season (September - November). The must is pressed exclusively from fruit that everyone brings in, with no limit on the quantity. Reservations can be made by phone or via the website. The cider mill is run by the non-profit organisation Podhorák.
