We brew trendy and unusual beer styles. Barn means barn in English and we have just placed our new technology in a renovated barn.

We produce honest goodies, fruit and vegetable goodies of our own production without chemicals. We offer marmalades, syrups, jams, baked tea, ghee drink, chilliade, regional food, farmed, home made, honest, no ecus, good and quality.

We produce fruit and vegetable juices for you. Working hours are seasonal - irregular. For custom cider making it is necessary to order. We update the dates on the website. Sales at any time by appointment.

We focus on the production of beer exclusively from natural ingredients without chemical additives. We are already serving Vasnosta 10° - a light draught beer, Vidlak 11° - a wheat beer, Metternich 12° - a light lager, Felčar 13° - a semi-dark lager. We accept reservations for private parties, class reunions, corporate events, weddings.

We run a family brewery. We also offer a daily menu - soup and main meal. We organize social events.

We operate a cider house and an eco-farm. We produce and sell fresh pasteurized musts. We keep sheep and goats and also have orchards. We offer cider with lime, ginger, carrot, beetroot or pear. We also sell cider with celery, mint and cinnamon.

Microbrewery Operations.

We are a small family brewery from Pilsen with a tradition since 2008. We are engaged in the production of traditional lagers and modern "ales". Our new subsidiary brand The Barn Beer co. specializes in the latter. You can taste the beers in the brewery pub.

Ciderie Chříč was founded in 2019 and is located in the building of the former cultural house in the village square of Chříč.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. Seasonal bistro operation.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.

In the experimental brewery of Plzeňský Prazdroj, in the building of the former power plant, we brew beers that we enjoy and we hope you will enjoy them too. The brewery is not open to the public. Tours are available by reservation.
