The possibility of a demonstration of the production of beer from the 18th century completely according to the original recipe using traditional ingredients.

We focus on the production and sale of fruit and vegetable products. In our company shop you can find ketchups, mustards, drowned beans, puddings, compotes, jams, sterilized vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, beans, lentils), many kinds of rice, legumes, pasta, bulgur, couscous, buckwheat, sterilized mushrooms, olive oil.

We are engaged in the manufacture of syrups, concentrates and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Our goal is to brew really good beer, especially traditional Czech lagers are and will be our pride and flagship. We will also brew seasonal beers and various specials. We have our own brewer, Mr. Jan Žižka, whose name fits perfectly with the story of the Abbotovice monastery.
