Production and distribution of vegetable drinks under the name Optimistic and organic fruit drinks under the brand Bacilli. We offer nut milk products, fermented lemonades and kombucha.

The barn is open during the harvest season (September - November). The must is pressed exclusively from fruit that everyone brings in, with no limit on the quantity. Reservations can be made by phone or via the website. The cider mill is run by the non-profit organisation Podhorák.

We have been brewing beer since 2009, when the first batch was made. Today we brew 30 beers a year, deliver beer to over 100 locations and employ 15 people in the brewery. Stop by our store for a draft or bottled to go, or for a meal in our gastropub where BBQ food awaits.

We operate a growing distillery. We brew unfiltered and lively typical Czech beer with higher fullness and taste. We offer Light Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5.2%, Dark Lager Lipan with an alcohol content of 5% and Light Ten with an alcohol content of 4.3%.

Production and sale of beverages.

Our cidre is made from cider using the traditional technology of French orchardists from apples of several old apple varieties from the rural region of Pošumava. The cider is slowly fermented in oak barrels for several months at a constant temperature.

Operation of the cider house - guarantee of cider from own fruit. We offer pressing, pasteurization and packaging of cider from our own fruit.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco. Tours of the brewery are possible.
