Production and sale of Old Bohemian gingerbread, which is made according to a recipe from the 16th century. The gingerbread is hand-pressed into wooden moulds which were carved from the wood of fruit trees.

We are engaged in the production and sale of cakes and confectionery products. We offer wedding, children's, corporate or special cakes including cakes for diabetics. We produce over 20 types of cakes according to our own recipes, wedding cakes, kremrole and more. There is a garden.

The Dandelion Patisserie in the heart of Šumava offers 36 seats and an outdoor terrace overlooking the children's playground. Most of the sweets are from local pastry chefs. Parking is right next door and the premises are non-smoking.
