We operate a corn mill. We are engaged in the production of corn products. We offer gluten free products, crisps, instant porridge, breadcrumbs, semolina, flour and feed sprouts.

We produce and sell wheat and rye flour. The products do not contain any chemical or enzyme preparations and are not artificially bleached. Our own production is characterized by very fine milling, so the flour has better nutritional value, binding and baking properties.

The company with more than a century of tradition produces a full range of wheat and rye flours. Pre-measured flour is fundamentally unbleached and produced according to European ISO, HACCP and FSSC standards. Further proof of the quality of Předměřická flour is the award of the prestigious national quality mark Klasa and the Czech Product mark.
