TonKa - cheese factory on the farm is a family organic farm with dairy cows and own production of dairy products. We mainly produce gouda cheese and have a self-service shop in the yard for the public.

Our priority is to offer dairy products from our free-range goats and from the cows of our great neighbours from the Sedláček family eco-farm.

We are engaged in milk processing and production of dairy products. We produce yogurts, kefirs, curds, desserts, puddings and processed and thermised cheeses. We supply oils, butters, margarines, fats and more.

We produce fresh dairy products using traditional production methods. Using our own delivery and direct sales from refrigerated vans, we offer two dozen quality products including milk, yogurt, cheese, yogurt and whey drinks, butter and spreads made from Czech ingredients and without added chemicals.

We are engaged in the production and sale of steamed, smoked, moulded, processed and semi-hard cheeses. We supply buckets, twists, braids, strings, bryndza, cheese trimmings and spears. We load the goods by our own delivery.

We manufacture and sell steamed cheeses in a variety of flavours, salty, garlic, spicy, gyros or smoked. We also offer corkscrews, cheese strings, mills, worms, braids, pom poms, spears, plates and parenices. You can also buy our products on our e-shop.

Our farm offers goat milk, whey, tanned hides and cheese for sale. Soft cheese: Novodvorský Lužánek (on order only), Ricotta, goat tub, goat Brynza and cottage cheese. Medium hard cheese: Rohan, d'Ampier, spicy Charlotte. Mould cheese: Fischer. Hard archive cheese: Gouda, Gouda in brine, Balkan.

We farm our ranch in a regenerative way, grazing beef cattle and dairy cows and using the milk to make cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese and our own artisan ice cream. We also graze fattening chickens. You can try horseback riding with us, and we have horseback rides for children.
