Production and sale of milk.

We specialise in the manufacture and sale of dairy products. Our range includes cow's milk, homemade yoghurt, fresh cheese, smoked sausages and cheese cakes.

In our cheese factory we produce cheese and other dairy products from cow and goat milk without écodes and without chemicals.

The mini dairy is part of a family farm specialising in cattle, pigs, sheep and crops. From home-made milk we produce yoghurt, yoghurt drinks, kefir, cheese (steamed - cordial, mozzarella, fresh and ripened), spreads and sweet treats.

We deal with livestock breeding and production of dairy products from goat and cow milk. As the only approved mini-dairy in the Teplice district, we are regularly inspected by KVS, so our customers do not have to worry about the quality of our products.

Our farm offers goat milk, whey, tanned hides and cheese for sale. Soft cheese: Novodvorský Lužánek (on order only), Ricotta, goat tub, goat Brynza and cottage cheese. Medium hard cheese: Rohan, d'Ampier, spicy Charlotte. Mould cheese: Fischer. Hard archive cheese: Gouda, Gouda in brine, Balkan.

We produce and sell yogurt and other products made from fresh whole milk. RODOPI yoghurt is made according to the original Bulgarian recipe and contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus bacteria. It is distinguished by its specific, pleasantly lactic acid taste and lasts for at least 20 days.

We sell Bulgarian dairy cultures for the production of cheese, yogurt and kefir. We organize courses for the production of cheese, yogurt and dairy products. We sell pure probiotics lactic acid bacteria.

We operate a French cheese factory. We offer French cheeses, as well as cheeses from other countries, French cured meats, pates, pastries and a varied selection of French wines.
