We deal with livestock breeding and production of dairy products from goat and cow milk. As the only approved mini-dairy in the Teplice district, we are regularly inspected by KVS, so our customers do not have to worry about the quality of our products.

The mini dairy is part of a family farm specialising in cattle, pigs, sheep and crops. From home-made milk we produce yoghurt, yoghurt drinks, kefir, cheese (steamed - cordial, mozzarella, fresh and ripened), spreads and sweet treats.

Our farm offers goat milk, whey, tanned hides and cheese for sale. Soft cheese: Novodvorský Lužánek (on order only), Ricotta, goat tub, goat Brynza and cottage cheese. Medium hard cheese: Rohan, d'Ampier, spicy Charlotte. Mould cheese: Fischer. Hard archive cheese: Gouda, Gouda in brine, Balkan.

In our cheese factory we produce cheese and other dairy products from cow and goat milk without écodes and without chemicals.

I provide production and sale of homemade milk and dairy products. You can find homemade butter, fresh cottage cheese, semi-hard cheeses, white yogurt or buttermilk.

We produce and sell yogurt and other products made from fresh whole milk. RODOPI yoghurt is made according to the original Bulgarian recipe and contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus bacteria. It is distinguished by its specific, pleasantly lactic acid taste and lasts for at least 20 days.
