A family-run winery with roots dating back to the 1950s. The production of speciality wines takes place in a historic cellar dug in the early 19th century. We sell the wines to a permanent clientele in the cellar or distribute them around the country according to orders. It is also possible to taste all the wines in the cellar before purchase.

RABBIT Mikulov is a manufacturing company producing poultry and pork ready-made products such as chicken strips, fried wings, cutlets, nuggets and gluten-free variants, often by hand production from Czech raw materials. In addition, the operation has frozen storage facilities.

We manufacture, process or preserve meat and meat products. We sell sausages including sausages, sausages, hams, salami and more in our wide network of stores. You can also buy meats, sausages, barbecue specialities and other products including gluten-free products and killer dishes.

In the vineyards of the Mikulov wine sub-region we care for every grape with love and respect for nature and produce top quality wines. In our restaurant you will find dishes directly connected with wine. Accommodation is available in exceptional apartments with a private terrace and a view of Svatý Kopeček.

The small winery Ondřej Havran was established in 2010. It processes grapes from the Mikulov subregion. We cultivate vineyards in the area of. Mikulov Pod Sv. kopečkem with an area of 0.5 ha only in eco mode. We do not add noble yeasts and ferment only spontaneously.
