We run a winery. We make quality wines so that every sip is an extraordinary experience. We strive to follow traditional wine-making practices, which consist of gentle grape processing and, above all, a natural fermentation process. We offer seating in a traditional wine cellar, wine delivery.

We are engaged in the cultivation, production and sale of specialty bottled wines from Pálava. Wine tasting and sales by appointment. Riesling, Pálava, Riesling, Chardonnay, St. Laurent, Pinot Noir and other varieties.

We produce and sell bottled wines with tasting facilities. We offer seating in a wine cellar with a capacity of 50 people. In our offer you can find 6 wine samples. We also provide the possibility to buy pastries, platters, cheese or mineral water. We provide banquets, dulcimer music, accordion players and more.

Production and sale of wines. Possibility to visit the wine cellar and guided tasting. Seating capacity is up to 20 people. We offer Riesling, Palava, Muscat of Moravia, Veltliner, Merlot and other wines.

Jiří Šilinek Winery - we operate a wine cellar with a garden and a children's playground. Tasting of 15 varieties of wine. We offer seating for individuals and groups with a capacity of 25 people plus a garden for 25 people. We offer wine tastings and guided tastings with an oenologist's commentary and small snacks to accompany the wine.

In our winery we produce organic fresh fruit wines from vines from our own vineyards. We will be happy to give you a tour of the vineyards and winery, where we will offer you tastings of our winemaking. If you are interested in the wines, you can buy them directly.

Engaged in the production and sale of our own wine.

We continue the family tradition of winemaking that dates back to 1945. The winery is located in the heart of the Pálava Hills. We take care of our own vineyards on less than 2ha in Pavlov, Klentnice and Perná.

In our winery we offer white and rosé wines with unique flavours and aromas from the Pálava slopes. We pay attention to natural and gentle practices in growing grapes and making wine. Our wines reflect the quality of our fertile vineyards and the tradition of winemaking in South Moravia. We offer free tastings and guided tastings.

The winery manages ten hectares of vineyards in an ecological regime on the slopes of Pálava and within sight of it. It creates wines that reflect the vintage, the origin, the vineyards and the people who work in them. The winery is run by winemaker Dominika Černohorská and orthodontist Ivo Marek. Their wines are dry, salty and true.
