Sale of meat and sausages, production of quality farm sausages, pates, and various specialties. We also produce to order, for various celebrations and banquets. Our products contain 95% meat and are gluten free.

We operate a confectionery and a shop selling chocolate specialties and pralines. We offer chocolate figurines, lollipops, filigrees, Ionia coffee, cocktails, cups and mixed drinks. There are 24 seats, outdoor seating or a children's play area.

We operate extensive wine cellars, we rent cubicles to store our own and our wines. Production and sale of wine, guided tastings for individuals, groups and corporate events.

Operation of a microbrewery.

We create wines that are authentic, natural and natural, without unnecessary interference in the fermentation process. No pure yeast cultures are used, wines are often left on the skins for a long time, filtered minimally or not at all, and contain only a minimum of sulphur dioxide. Each bottle thus has its own unique character, origin and story.

A small family company focused on the production of quality wines from grapes from its own vineyard. From 25 grape varieties we offer you unique new PIWI varieties, grown with minimal chemistry. We produce our wines in a 300 year old cellar on 2 underground floors. We welcome groups and individuals for tasting.

There is a large complex of cellars below the guesthouse - however, they are only accessible by prior arrangement.

We offer wines not only from our winery Kopeček, but also from other wineries: Moravíno, Chateau Valtice, Mikrosvín, Chateau Winery Bzenec, Buriánek, Volařík, Škrobák, Šebesta, Michlovský, etc. Enjoy sitting in the front garden with a coffee or a glass of wine and take away some souvenirs.

We handcraft delicate nut creams without added preservatives, flavours and other flavour enhancers. RAW unpasteurized kombucha flavors - we add our own herbs or fruits to the secondary fermentation. Apart from this range we sell Czech-made products for the kitchen.

Family winery.

We are engaged in the production and sale of Moravian, quality, cask and vintage wines. We offer seating in the wine cellar and guided tastings. We grow Müller Thurgau, St. Lawrence, Riesling, Franconia, André, Cabernet Moravia, Chardonnay and other varieties.

Modern winery on the outskirts of Valtice, South Moravia, which produces top quality wines from its own vineyards in harmony with nature and with minimum intervention. The winery farms about 50 hectares including the best vineyard tracks of Valtice. The modern building, built in 2017, hides both the winery operation and the accommodation in rooms.

We operate a wine cellar. The opportunity to sit in the cellar, which dates back more than 350 years, combined with wine tasting. We also produce quality, varietal and natural wines. The capacity of the cellar is 60 seats. We organize guided tasting of white wines, red wines, one rosé wine and one vintage wine.
