We are engaged in the production of wines. We also offer delicacies such as grape marmalades, wine mustards, jellies and sauces. In the assortment you can find Pálava, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon, Veltliner, Müller Thurgau, Tramin and others. It is possible to organize a guided tasting.

The first steps of Holcovice history were made by great-grandfather Pavel Holec in 1946, when he slowly and gradually began to put the family passion together. Wine and especially Riesling was then devoted to grandfather Ladislav for several decades, who then passed the winery to his son.

In our family, we lovingly continue our traditional winemaking, where we make quality red, white and rosé wines. We cordially invite you to a tasting of our wines and regional specialties. With respect for nature and tradition, we create wines that will delight you. We look forward to your visit.

We farm four hectares of orchards and sixteen hectares of vineyards in the best vineyard tracks at the foot of the Pavlovské Hills with typical limestone subsoil. We are engaged in the production of BIOwines from our own vineyards. We offer Svatovavřinecké, Frankovka, Pinot Gris, Pálava, Ryzlink Vlašský and others.

Since our foundation in 1999 we have been a supplier of top quality still and sparkling (only traditionally bottle fermented) wines only from the Mikulov region and actually only from Pálava or its immediate surroundings.

We produce and sell domestic varietal, quality and speciality wines. The range includes Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, St. Lawrence, Blue Portugal, Merlot, Palava, vintage wines and more.

Operation of a family winery. The production of wines is dominated by Riesling, then Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Palava, Müller Thurgau, Veltliner, Zweigeltrebe and cuvée.

Our family-owned company specializes in the production of herbal and fruit syrups made from carefully selected ingredients. In addition to syrups, we also offer homemade oils, herbal salts and pestos. We believe that our flavours will enrich your drinks and meals.

Our pastry shop specializes in making traditional and original cakes that will delight any celebration. We create bespoke cakes for a variety of occasions such as weddings and birthdays, using only quality and fresh ingredients. We look forward to putting a smile on your face.
