The industrial mill with family tradition is fully equipped with the latest grinding technology from Bühler, which processes 120 tons of wheat and 70 tons of rye per day. We offer a complete range of wheat and rye flours.

Operation of the brewery.

Our pastry shop specializes in the custom preparation of fresh cakes, cakes, pies and cookies for various events. We are happy to create wedding cakes, sweet bars or receptions, with an emphasis on honest ingredients and modern design. We look forward to your visit and wish you a good taste.

We’ve been making authentic Italian gelato in Pravčice for 6 years now. Every day, we make it by hand using milk, cream, fruit, nuts, and chocolate—without any unnecessary chemicals. We alternate between classic and seasonal flavors, such as dandelion, spruce, or pumpkin in the fall.
