We are a family-owned company engaged in the production and sale of homemade fruit and vegetable products such as jams, syrups, pesto, sauces and others. Our domain, however, are our Škvarkové loaves with tvarůžky and niva with various flavours.

We specialize in freeze-dried foods of the highest RAW quality. Our products are dried to 40°C to retain maximum vitamins and minerals. The raw materials come from Czech farmers, we process them by hand and with careful quality control. Without overbuying, with love and respect for nature.

I am engaged in baking atypical hand painted and modelled cakes for various festive occasions. I also make marzipan decorations. Cakes are mostly covered with marzipan, milk modelling paste or fondant.

Production and sale of Olomouc tvarůžky. Also sale of mould, hard, sliced, steamed and processed cheeses. Offer of delicatessen, dairy products and souvenirs.

The company is a branded pasta producer with key brands Adriana, Zátka's Pasta, Rosické pasta and Ideál. A significant part of our business is also the production of private label pasta for fast growing retail chains in the Central European region.

We process fruits and vegetables and herbs through lactic fermentation. We select Czech seasonal and local vegetables. We are located in Černá Voda, in the Jeseník district in the foothills of the Rychlebské hory mountains. We are a social enterprise, we give a chance for employment to those who have not been successful on the traditional labour market.
