We strain fresh butter and make it into Ghee. Pure butterfat that smells and tastes like butter, doesn't burn, is lactose-free and doesn't need to be refrigerated. Add fabulous Ghee to your recipes. You can fry, cook, grease and baste, bake and grill with it.

You can stop at the bus station in Vysoké Mýto for a snack, a light lunch or a sweet spot. We cook soups, bake buns, cakes and biscuits, mix spreads and cheesecakes in jars, spread bread.
