Ciderie Chříč was founded in 2019 and is located in the building of the former cultural house in the village square of Chříč.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials.
