The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. Podbrdská Mini-Dairy — production and delivery of traditional dairy products (cottage cheese, fresh cheese, yogurt, sour milk, whey, cream), several of which have been awarded the “Regional Food of the Pilsen Region” label.
