Operation of a bakery. We produce classic sourdough bread and wholemeal pastries. We offer 35 kinds of bakery products.

Podbrdská Mini-Dairy — production and delivery of traditional dairy products (cottage cheese, fresh cheese, yogurt, sour milk, whey, cream), several of which have been awarded the “Regional Food of the Pilsen Region” label.
