We operate a cider house and an eco-farm. We produce and sell fresh pasteurized musts. We keep sheep and goats and also have orchards. We offer cider with lime, ginger, carrot, beetroot or pear. We also sell cider with celery, mint and cinnamon.
Mustard production according to the original Trappist recipe. It is intended both for direct consumption and for the preparation of dressings and sauces for various types of salads. We also offer a wide range of products: jams, fruit jellies, dietary breakfasts and biscuits, food supplements, vitamin tablets.
We are engaged in the production of fresh chilled Italian pasta. We make our own homemade sauces and pesto. Our potato gnocchi and stuffed ravioli are also very successful.
Our association specializes in the production and experimentation with low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers. We produce a variety of styles, including lagers and IPAs, and use quality Czech hops and yeast. Thanks to innovative processes, we achieve complex flavours that will please even the most demanding beer drinkers.
