During production we pay attention to freshness and quality of raw materials, perfect cleaning, gentle processing and their continuous cooling.

Artisanal Italian gelato is our main focus, but from October through March, we also offer custom-made desserts and cakes. We draw on Italian and French recipes, incorporating both modern and classic pastry techniques.
