I am engaged in the production and sale of trdelnik. I also offer gift wrapping. I sell trdelníky at festivals, fairs, vintage, exhibitions, concerts, markets and other cultural and social events. At the customer's request, I decorate the stand and adapt it to the event, including period clothing.

Artisanal Italian gelato is our main focus, but from October through March, we also offer custom-made desserts and cakes. We draw on Italian and French recipes, incorporating both modern and classic pastry techniques.
