In our family business we produce fresh pasta every day from basic ingredients and without added preservatives and colorants.

Production and distribution of vegetable drinks under the name Optimistic and organic fruit drinks under the brand Bacilli. We offer nut milk products, fermented lemonades and kombucha.

Sale of flour - Mill shop. Bread baking courses, and also offer tours of the water mill.

Artisanal Italian gelato is our main focus, but from October through March, we also offer custom-made desserts and cakes. We draw on Italian and French recipes, incorporating both modern and classic pastry techniques.

We produce a wide range of hot and cold delicacies, confectionery and bakery products. Production is carried out using modern technology meeting the strictest hygiene requirements. During production we pay attention to freshness and quality of raw materials, perfect cleaning, gentle processing and their continuous cooling.
