The Spinal Unit is a unit dedicated to providing comprehensive medical, rehabilitative and nursing care for patients with spinal cord lesions.

The rehabilitation clinic deals with rehabilitation of adults and children. The clinic rehabilitates adult and pediatric patients with vertebrogenic disorders, neurological diseases, as well as patients after orthopedic surgeries, musculoskeletal injuries, spinal surgeries and patients with internal diseases.

We provide comprehensive diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases of arteries and veins. We specialize in surgery of the thoracic and abdominal or branches of the aortic arch including aneurysms, reconstruction of arteries supplying the intra-abdominal and retroperitoneal organs. We perform thoracoscopic thoracic and lumbar sympathectomies.

The Intensive Care Simulation Center is a modern training facility focused on the systematic training of healthcare professionals in the areas of intensive care, emergency care, and the management of any acute conditions. The center’s mission is to enhance the professional preparedness of healthcare teams.

Operation of an inpatient pediatric surgery unit.

We are engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of neurological diseases of childhood. The clinic provides care to pediatric patients from across the country ranging in age from 4 weeks to 18 years. The clinic includes an electrophysiology laboratory, an intensive monitoring unit for epilepsy patients and a DNA laboratory.

The centre focuses on children with disabilities, especially combined disabilities, so that the "special needs" of children and their families are met as best as possible. On the basis of diagnostics we create an individual program of therapeutic and rehabilitative care for children with disabilities.
