The first written record of Kunratice dates back to 1287. The town district is located at an altitude of 225 metres. There are 135 streets and 1695 addresses registered. The municipality of Kunratice u Prahy was annexed to Prague on 1 January 1968 and incorporated into the municipal district of Prague 4.
