The hospital was founded by the South Bohemia Region and has eight inpatient wards with 306 beds for acute and follow-up care and an extensive range of specialist outpatient care. The natural catchment area is the Strakonice, Klatovy, Prachatice and Písek regions.

We offer a wide range of medical devices issued on voucher (orthopaedic, ostomy, dressing material, diabetic, incontinence aids, etc.) and over-the-counter devices. Clients will appreciate the large selection of medical shoes, tonometers, etc.

Operation of an outpatient chronic pain management clinic for outpatients with long-term pain, usually with referral from a referring physician.

We provide pharmaceutical care including consultancy. We offer prescription and over-the-counter medicines, food supplements, vitamins and minerals, cosmetics, baby lotions, teas, medical devices and other products.

Operation of gastroenterological outpatient clinic. Performing ultrasound, gastroscopic, colonoscopic, ERCP examinations including a wide range of interventional procedures.

We are mainly engaged in the diagnosis of mental disorders and their psychopharmacotherapy. These are mainly psychotic disorders, depressive disorders, more severe neurotic disorders requiring pharmacotherapy, organic mental disorders and mental retardation.
