We perform constitutional karyotyping, karyotyping from cancer cells, fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH, mFISH), comparative genomic hybridization on solid support (array CGH) and testing of acquired chromosomal aberrations.

The institute deals with laboratory diagnostics of agents of bacterial, viral, mycotic and parasitic diseases.

The outpatient clinic provides care to pregnant women with a predominantly physiological course of pregnancy. These pregnant women are transferred to care just before or at the time of delivery on the recommendation of the attending gynaecologist.

We deal with neuromuscular disease, extrapyramidal disease, headaches and cognitive disorders.

Operation of septic department. We have 24 beds and 2 superior rooms.

The stay in the ward is intended for persons who no longer require institutional health care, but due to their deteriorated physical condition are unable to do without the help of another person and therefore cannot be discharged from the health care provider's facility. We have a capacity of 25 beds.

We operate an infectious disease clinic with an inpatient ward. We provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients with a wide range of infectious diseases. We provide treatment of infections of the brain, its covering and peripheral nerves, treatment of patients with Lyme disease or patients with liver diseases.

The department provides psychodiagnostic, psychotherapeutic care, clinical counseling and crisis intervention to children, adolescents especially with psychosomatic illness. As part of this care, according to the specific indication, it provides family therapy for outpatients and inpatients.
