Operation of a Wallachian song and dance group. The repertoire is based on the folklore heritage of the Wallachian village of Rusava, but also uses other parts of Wallachia. The group's mission is to preserve the culture of the village and the traditions of folklore, thus continuing and guaranteeing the preservation of the ideas and results of the work of its predecessors.
Children's folklore ensemble, which draws on the traditions of the Wallachian region, in the area of Central Moravia, for its work. It works in groups of children from 5-10 and 10-17 years old.
We operate a children's folklore ensemble. We are accompanied by our own dulcimer music. We participate in folklore festivals and shows. We organize our own international folklore festival called Světlovský bal. The ensemble has three age groups.
Operation of a folklore association. Our aim is to foster children's relationship with folk art, traditions, customs and local history through nursery rhymes, games, songs and dance we aim to develop rhythmic, singing and dancing skills.
We run a folklore ensemble. We process dances and songs from Bohemia, especially the eastern, southern and western regions. Another activity of our ensemble is the processing of customs from the whole territory of Bohemia and Moravia and songs that inherently belong to the dance. We offer public performances at various events.
The Javořina ensemble focuses on the folk culture of the whole Wallachia region. During its existence, the ensemble has created and staged programmes on various themes such as Wallachian weddings, harvest festivals, brigand dances, charades from the Moravian-Slovak border, May Day cutting and building, shepherd games, recruiting songs and carols.
