The charity's primary mission is to provide services to socially, medically and socially disadvantaged people and to employ people with labour market problems. It contributes responsibly and with the utmost professionalism to the comprehensive development of the Opava region and supports the development of civil society.

In this service, nurses provide specialist health care to patients in their own home environment. Home care is prescribed by the attending doctor or hospital doctor on discharge and is fully covered by health insurance.
We present a functional model of coexistence of Roma and non-Roma population. We provide social activation services for families with children, low-threshold facilities for children and youth and professional social counselling.
