A Michelin restaurant where Oldřich Sahajdák's team accentuates the unique flavours of seasonal ingredients from allied farmers, foragers and hunters. The tasting menu is complemented by thoughtful wine and non-alcoholic pairings for an even more intense experience of each course. The people behind La Degustation are the people behind Ambiente.

A modern Italian trattoria where the food is fresh, seasonal and in the Italian tradition. We make our own pasta, bake focaccia and fine-tune every dish to the smallest detail.

We cook Czech food in a way that is not pub food, where the labour and freshness of the ingredients are made up for by flavourings and other gimmicks to make the food quicker and cheaper. We make hot dogs several times a day. We buy fresh ingredients and prefer renowned regional producers. We have pilsner on tap.

The Temple of Meat near Wenceslas Square. Beef and pork are cooked here on an open fire, eaten standing or sitting and washed down with carefully treated beer. The people behind Kantyna are from Ambiente.

Fill your plate and enjoy authentic Brazilian churrasco, sushi and a salad bar - all you can eat for lunch and dinner. We grill the meats over charcoal and mix traditional caipirinha with it.

We are the only company in the Czech Republic that bakes authentic Neapolitan pizza with Verace Pizza Napoletana certification. We roll the dough by hand, add Italian San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. You can also enjoy the pizza and fresh pasta according to traditional Italian recipes as an endless tasting.
