We cook Czech food in a way that is not pub food, where the labour and freshness of the ingredients are made up for by flavourings and other gimmicks to make the food quicker and cheaper. We make hot dogs several times a day. We buy fresh ingredients and prefer renowned regional producers. We have pilsner on tap.

Čech si tu připomene, zač je toho loket česká gastronomie 🍽️🍺, a turista žasne, že umíme používat příbor. Vše je perfektní.
