We form the background for our operations, we are the Ambiente office.

We run a restaurant offering Brazilian cuisine. We specialize in preparing meats the Churrasco way and the Rodízio way of serving. We focus on grilled dishes of South American bull meat, seafood, salads, fish. There is a non-smoking area and wireless internet access.

We run a non-smoking restaurant with a capacity of 40 seats offering a tasting menu, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as aperitifs, cocktails, beers, liqueurs, spirits, homemade chocolate and filter coffee. We provide gift vouchers. The restaurant is a Michelin star winner.

Right at the entrance, you will be greeted by our own production of fresh pasta, from which chef Tomáš Mykytyn creates seasonal specialties based on regional Italian recipes. The lively restaurant is complemented by a separate wine cellar with a unique collection of Italian wines. The people behind Pasta Fresca are from Ambiente.

We are the only company in the Czech Republic that bakes authentic Neapolitan pizza with Verace Pizza Napoletana certification. We roll the dough by hand, add Italian San Marzano tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. You can also enjoy the pizza and fresh pasta according to traditional Italian recipes as an endless tasting.

We cook Czech food in a way that is not pub food, where the labour and freshness of the ingredients are made up for by flavourings and other gimmicks to make the food quicker and cheaper. We make hot dogs several times a day. We buy fresh ingredients and prefer renowned regional producers. We have pilsner on tap.
