The Department negotiates and drafts commercial contracts. It deals with proposals for short and medium-term investment construction programmes.

Providing financing, budgeting and administration of education and sports departments. The department equips school and physical education facilities. Engaged in work with children and young people and the operation of leisure centres. Gives financial subsidies to youth and sports organisations.

The Municipality provides the activities of the Clerk's Office, the Trades Department, the Internal Affairs Department and the Budget and Finance Department (ORF).
