We operate a visitor centre dedicated to carnivores. There is a wolf enclosure of approximately 3 hectares which can be viewed from an elevated walkway. Outside the enclosure there is a nature trail which introduces visitors to the tracks of beasts found in Šumava and local trees and plants. There is a playground for parents with children.

We offer residential environmental education programmes for class groups of primary and secondary school and university students. In addition to residential programs for school groups, we also organize programs for the public, such as lectures, talks, nature walks, creative workshops, etc.

Provides information on peat bogs, navigation channels, settlements and ecosystems of the Šumava. There is a screening room with a total capacity of 40 seats. We organize lectures, talks and other events for the public. We run a corner with a display of pine cones, a collection of fruits and summer annuals, droppings and excrements.

The information centre offers an exhibition focused on the Šumava forests, the history of settlement, the Schwarzenberg canal and wooden puzzles for children. Exhibits of Sumava animals are an interesting feature.

We operate a visitor center with air recuperation and environmentally friendly technologies. There is a 9 ha deer enclosure on the premises. Outside the paddock, a nature trail continues, introducing deer tracks, wild boar and some local trees and plants.

We offer accommodation with a total capacity of 18 beds. Except for one room, showers and toilets are shared. There is an equipped kitchen and a lounge with TV and fireplace.

Operation of an observation tower with information point and exhibition space. The tower is located at an altitude of 1315 m, the height of the tower is 37 m, 227 steps lead to the observation tower. Refreshments are available.

Provide information on walking and cycling routes in the park. We organize lectures and expositions focused on the history and settlement of the upper Šumava. Exhibitions specialize in gold panning, trade routes, glassmaking, wood production, peat bog vegetation and mountain forest issues.
