We operate a visitor center with air recuperation and environmentally friendly technologies. There is a 9 ha deer enclosure on the premises. Outside the paddock, a nature trail continues, introducing deer tracks, wild boar and some local trees and plants.

We operate a visitor centre dedicated to carnivores. There is a wolf enclosure of approximately 3 hectares which can be viewed from an elevated walkway. Outside the enclosure there is a nature trail which introduces visitors to the tracks of beasts found in Šumava and local trees and plants. There is a playground for parents with children.

We operate a Czech-Bavarian information centre representing two national parks, one nature park and a protected landscape area. The exposition includes a plastic map of Šumava with light signalling, showing the area from Regensburg to Linz and from České Budějovice to Čerchov.

We offer accommodation in apartments and rooms. Rooms have shared bathroom facilities, apartments have their own. Possibility of outdoor seating by the fireplace. There is a bike room, ski room and parking.

We provide information about peat bogs in Sumava. You will get acquainted with the uplands, peat meadows and forests. There is an area with a children's playground, wheelchair access, audiovisual programmes, sales and non-sales materials on the peat bogs of Sumava.

The main activity of the centre is residential programmes for organised groups of primary and secondary school pupils. We also organize one-day educational programs, thematic events. Most of the programmes take place directly in the ecosystems of the Šumava nature, which allows demonstrative learning and awakening the relationship with nature.

We offer accommodation with a capacity of 16 beds in double to quadruple rooms. There is a lounge with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Sanitary facilities are shared. There is also bike and ski storage or outdoor seating with a fireplace.

Boater Registration – Sale of boat registration tags. Information about the river, water levels, and boating conditions. Information service for paddlers, hikers, and cyclists. Sale of promotional materials from the Šumava National Park Administration. Sale of tourist cards, stamps, commemorative coins, and much more.

We operate an information centre. We provide information about the Boubínský Forest and other protected areas in the area. We offer watching selected video programmes or listening to tales about Šumava.

The Forest Workshop is a barrier-free classroom that is used for school group programs and public events. Its mission is to introduce the history of Šumava. It offers handicraft programmes based on traditional crafts, learning about local history, folk customs, etc.
