The social rehabilitation service provides persons in a crisis situation related to the loss of housing with individual support in training the skills and habits necessary for everyday life, enabling them to become independent and find employment in their personal and working life.

Adults (men, women) who, due to their unfavourable social situation, find themselves homeless or at risk of losing their housing and are unable to resolve this situation on their own and integrate into society due to lack of skills or abilities. Capacity 8 clients.

Social service providing personal assistance to children and adults under 40 with mental, physical and combined disabilities. The service is provided in a field form in Brno and its surroundings to people who, as a result of their health disadvantage, have reduced self-sufficiency and need the help of another person.

Operation of a low-threshold facility for children and youth. We offer various leisure activities and provide social counselling. We deal with issues of sexual harassment, bullying among children, racism and venereal diseases. We also do outreach work.

Operation of a day care facility designed to increase the self-sufficiency of fellow citizens with intellectual and combined disabilities. Clients are included in normal activities such as travel, library visits and cultural and social events.

The mission of the outreach program is to locate and contact homeless persons over the age of 18 in their natural environment. We strive to reduce the health and social risks caused by the lifestyle of the clients and motivate them to be active and independent in dealing with adverse social situations.

The mission of the respite service is to provide children and adults with intellectual and combined disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, with a safe stimulating environment and professional care appropriate to the individual needs of the client. At the same time, to allow carers the time they need for rest and recovery.

The main objective of the activity is to support the transition of the target group from the state of housing need to the state of housing and to support the maintenance of housing in the long term.
