Preparation and implementation of construction projects of the municipality and provision of state supervision. Expenditure management in the implementation of the investment plan. Decision-making on public procurement or ensuring the complex implementation of projects involving the acquisition of real estate or its technical improvement.

Records of immovable property owned by the borough. Management and maintenance of land. Issuing consent to enter land and buildings. Securing landowner consent for the running of utilities on borough land. Carrying out an inventory of immovable property.

The Authority issues decisions on the granting of a licence and on the suspension of the trade. It maintains the trade register within the scope of its administrative district. It keeps records of agricultural entrepreneurs, issues extracts from the trade register and imposes fines for breaches of the Trade Act.
