The Ličany Bakery, with a 65-year tradition of using a three-stage rye sourdough starter. We bake a wide assortment of breads (sourdough and others), delicious everyday baked goods (cheese rolls, English rolls, Bologna pockets, and more), modern multigrain baked goods, pastries—including our famous cookies—and yeast-raised dumplings.

We produce a wide variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, and fine baked goods, which we prepare using select ingredients based on time-tested recipes and current trends. Our customers can look forward to both time-tested classic desserts and modern desserts featuring lighter creams.

We sell baked goods, pastries, and gourmet items. You can enjoy them here with a cup of coffee or tea, or take them home.

Production and distribution of bakery and pastry products to retail outlets and chain stores. We have two stores of our own. We offer bread, everyday and fancy pastries, savory sticks and pretzels, dumplings, and rye sourdough. We also offer desserts, confectionery, pastries, and cakes.

Our bakery in Choustníkovo Hradiště combines state-of-the-art baking technologies with traditional craftsmanship. Here, we bake various types of bread, including multigrain bread, standard baked goods (including those made with sourdough), pastries, and bake-off products—known as “DoDo.”
