The Ličany Bakery, with a 65-year tradition of using a three-stage rye sourdough starter. We bake a wide assortment of breads (sourdough and others), delicious everyday baked goods (cheese rolls, English rolls, Bologna pockets, and more), modern multigrain baked goods, pastries—including our famous cookies—and yeast-raised dumplings.
