The Regional Hygiene Station is an administrative authority operating in the administrative district of the South Moravian Region within the meaning of §82 (1) of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amendments to certain related acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 258/2000 Coll.").
